Overview

In this role you own end-to-end supplier relationship management to align factory supply chain with procurement goals. You will collaborate across Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers in a fast-moving robotics environment, driving cost, quality, and delivery performance. You will contribute to AMR customer service in Burgos and manage data and industrialization workflows to enable efficient sourcing and supplier onboarding. This role combines negotiation, data management, and cross-functional coordination to sustain manufacturing targets and supplier performance.

Responsabilidades

- Own supplier relationships and lead negotiations with key suppliers
- Identify and select suppliers in collaboration with PU Sourcing team
- Request quotations (RFQs) and perform bid analysis
- Create and onboard suppliers in the MDG system
- Conduct supplier follow-up and regular reviews
- Support negotiation of commercial conditions including pricing and lead times
- Maintain material master data and upload key information (planned cost, lead time, HS Code,



supplier data)
- Manage purchasing info records and order books
- Manage item creation and industrialization workflow (A2/A3) asserting timelines and cost targets
- Coordinate with Engineering to resolve technical questions
- Prepare information for purchase order releases and monitor delivery schedules
- Support dual-sourcing to mitigate supply risks
- Collaborate on purchasing strategies including lot-sizing and sourcing optimization

Requisitos principales

- Engineering degree or MBA/BBA with relevant experience
- Experience in technical sourcing or industrial procurement
- Proven supplier management and development experience
- Advanced SAP proficiency
- Technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and industrialization
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and supplier capabilities
- Excellent cross-functional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Spanish and English fluency
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
