In this role you will own end-to-end analytics for vendor invoicing, ensuring accuracy and controllership while identifying opportunities to cut costs and improve processes. You will build dashboards, automate workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements at scale. You’ll balance quality, speed, and cost to support Amazon’s Translation Services Operations globally. This role offers hands-on impact in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on scalable solutions and continuous optimization. You will be at the forefront of translating data into actionable changes that benefit vendors and customers alike.
Responsabilidades
- Own and monitor end-to-end invoicing metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
- Design, build, and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards ensuring financial accuracy and process compliance
- Leverage data to propose business improvements, including vendor selection, workflow redesigns,
and cost structure optimization
- Proactively identify automation and process simplification opportunities, leveraging AI/ML and driving implementation
- Conduct root cause analyses on process failures and develop scalable preventive solutions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and implement improvements
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience in business or financial analysis
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
