As Senior SE Manager, you lead a regional group of SE Managers within Akamai's Enterprise Security Team, shaping strategy and driving growth with sales and product partners. You’ll promote customer value and executive-level engagement while advancing go-to-market initiatives and new product adoption. Your leadership will transform the team through coaching and data-driven, technical excellence to deliver secure, scalable solutions. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on collaboration to strengthen customer outcomes and business impact.

Responsabilidades

- Provide strategy, structure and leadership to the SE organization within the region
- Engage customers with executive presence and maximize satisfaction
- Partner with Sales leadership on strategy and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with peers to support regional go-to-market initiatives
- Lead data-driven growth initiatives and decision making




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer success
- Drive capability-building initiatives to introduce new products to customers
- Coach and develop SE Managers through career mentoring and performance management

Requisitos principales

- Experience managing a team including coaching, performance management and mentoring
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services)
- Expertise with Zero Trust concepts and technologies (Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, Microsegmentation)
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable solutions and provide thought leadership
- Customer advocacy with ability to present technical topics to diverse audiences
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration on technical and business initiatives
