As a Senior Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product strategy and drive value through AI-enabled discovery, rapid prototyping, and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, GTM, and operations to translate insights into scalable products. The role emphasizes balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to accelerate impact. Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end product strategy from discovery to delivery with defined customer value and success metrics
- Lead AI-enabled discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, and decision-making
- Shape concepts early through rapid prototyping, flows, and iterative exploration
- Drive experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes
- Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to deliver scalable solutions
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, GTM, and operations to align on problem framing and execution quality




- Evolve roadmaps based on learnings, signals, and market shifts
- Identify adjacent opportunities and longer-term bets to steer product direction
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations and investment choices
- Ensure go-to-market readiness and post-launch optimization in collaboration with GTM teams

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of product management experience leading large-scale digital initiatives
- Strategic ownership and leadership influence, with experience guiding executive-level investment decisions
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes (growth, retention, efficiency)
- Mastery of product discovery and craft, using rapid prototyping and experimentation to de-risk investments
- Advanced AI fluency and ability to embed AI into the product experience
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across engineering, design, data, and GTM
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate signals into long-term opportunities
