As Senior Data Scientist at Preply, you’ll shape the product by translating user behavior and marketplace dynamics into data-driven insights. You’ll work within a cross-functional squad to optimize retention, growth, and product strategy, leveraging experiments and analytics to inform decisions. You’ll quantify impact of new features and help define metrics that align with business goals. You’ll partner with product, tech, and design to drive meaningful improvements in a fast-paced, global learning marketplace.

Responsabilidades
- Understand product dynamics and marketplace economics to guide strategy
- Analyze user behavior and product usage to inform decisions and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
- Quantify impact of new features and initiatives and help prioritize the product roadmap
- Define KPIs, events, and engagement metrics aligned with business goals
- Design, run, and evaluate large-scale experiments to measure effectiveness
- Foster collaboration with data and technical leaders across teams
Requisitos principales
- Experience in data analytics with product teams
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical knowledge
- Strong understanding of metrics like conversion, LTV, cohort analysis, retention
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar languages
