Overview

As Tech Lead Engineer, you will combine people leadership with hands-on technical delivery to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team. You’ll drive key technology projects and ensure high-quality software aligned with business goals. You’ll shape architecture, CI/CD, and cloud solutions while mentoring engineers and coordinating with stakeholders. This role offers the chance to impact enterprise software at a general technology leader known for innovators with impact.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, overseeing career development and agile delivery
- Balance technical oversight and architecture with team management and stakeholder coordination
- Design and oversee backend applications and microservices using .NET Core
- Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Manage infrastructure via Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes
- Architect scalable Azure PaaS cloud solutions and core enterprise services
- Oversee software testing, code quality,



and technical documentation
- Drive technical strategy, resolve architectural blockers, and lead cross-functional initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience leading technical teams and managing agile processes
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, microservices, and scalable app development
- Hands-on or oversight experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS and core cloud services
- Ability to connect high-level decisions with practical execution and optimization
- Nice-to-Have: familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lakes
