Overview

In this role, you will shape the next generation of intelligent industrial devices through user-centered design. You will partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate complex workflows into simple interfaces, leading design initiatives and ensuring consistency with brand and design-system guidelines. You will balance feasibility and usability, test with end users, and measure impact with KPIs to continuously improve products. Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing to align designs with business goals and value proposition
- Understand system workflows and engineering processes to capture success criteria
- Simplify complex workflows through information architecture and smart interactions
- Articulate design benefits to engineers and identify change-management needs




- Balance feasibility with usability in proposed designs
- Leverage Schneider Electric's design system and contribute to it
- Work closely with development teams to ensure implementation per specifications
- Test designs with end users and validate assumptions
- Analyze data to measure KPI impact and continuously improve product effectiveness

Requisitos principales

- 7 years of experience as a Product Designer in complex, B2B products
- Strong knowledge of information architecture and information design
- Autonomous from user research to delivery
- Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing projects
- Ability to understand technical issues and dependencies
- Interest in transformative projects and technical challenges
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Proactive, organized, ambitious, curious, and system-thinking
