Overview

In this Marketing Manager role, you own the paid media strategy and ABM for Amazon Freight’s European expansion. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to attract and convert business customers at scale. You’ll influence cross-functional teams and drive our go-to-market and attribution capabilities. This is a fast-growth opportunity to shape how we recruit and engage customers across Europe and strengthen our MarTech stack.

Responsabilidades

- Manage paid media strategy across search and social
- Oversee media agency relations and optimization, including OPEX oversight
- Lead ABM strategy including programmatic and outbound channels
- Manage lead capture, ABM, and lead conversion tools (Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense)
- Shape MarTech product roadmap and strategy
- Develop full-funnel attribution tools and capabilities
- Collaborate with sales operations on lead management process and integrations




- Ensure marketing automation best practices and platform improvements

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
