Overview

In this role you will own a specific data domain within the Global Product Data Management team, ensuring data quality and governance across Europe. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to define standards and support data-driven decisions. You will lead continuous improvement of data processes and resolve data-related issues in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This position offers the chance to shape how critical data supports operations and strategy at a global IT distributor.

Responsabilidades

- Own and manage a specific business data domain (Sales, Procurement, or Finance), ensuring data quality and governance standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes, accuracy, and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and implement best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor on data standards, policies, and governance across the organization
- Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and usability of business-critical data




- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage priorities and challenges in a dynamic environment

Requisitos principales

- 3–5+ years of experience in Data Management, Master Data, Business Operations, Data Governance, Business Analysis, Procurement, Finance, or related field
- Experience with business data and impact on operational and commercial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and drive solutions
- Experience improving processes and implementing structured ways of working
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to challenge and influence business partners
- Experience with databases, data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, or data governance frameworks
- Professional proficiency in English (Spanish a plus)
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Purchasing Operations, or related functions
- Understanding of supplier, purchasing, and sourcing data processes
- Understanding of financial master data and finance-related business processes
