In this Account Executive role, you will drive growth for SiteMinder’s hotel commerce platform in a dynamic, international setup. You’ll become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, showing how our SaaS solutions boost bookings and profitability. You’ll operate at the front line of sales, learning the industry while contributing to a market-leading platform used by thousands of properties. The role combines training, coaching, and hands-on selling to meet ambitious targets and develop your career within a collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades
- Generate new opportunities and upsell to existing customers across the full sales cycle (outreach, demo, closing)
- Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs and targets, closing deals in a timely manner
- Prepare quotes, present proposals,
and negotiate contracts to balance client value and SiteMinder profitability
- Maintain accurate activity records in SiteMinder's CRM system
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team for product improvements
- Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder and attend events, with occasional travel to client locations
Requisitos principales
- SaaS sales experience
- Fluent in Spanish (min. C2)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Confident phone presence and ability to lead meetings with prospects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
