Overview

As a People Business Partner in the People Team, you help shape the talent strategy across business areas within a hybrid setup in Barcelona. You’ll partner with People Team Expertise Areas to implement HR agenda on workforce planning, design, development, performance, and engagement. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating people data into practical actions and guiding change initiatives. This role blends strategy with hands-on HR programs to support a fast‑paced, diverse organization.

Responsabilidades

- Partner with People Team Expertise Areas to co-create and implement HR initiatives (workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles, engagement programs)




- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for people-related matters across assigned business areas
- Guide leaders in understanding and applying People Team strategies and initiatives using critical thinking

Requisitos principales

- 2 years of proven HR Business Partner experience
- experience partnering with HR centers of expertise
- ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity
- conflict resolution and change management skills
- hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycle
- strong analytical mindset to interpret people data and translate insights into action
- familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR (talent acquisition, engagement analysis, performance management)
