- Design and develop scalable global learning solutions with emphasis on leadership development
- Apply learning experience design and behavioral science to create engaging development journeys
- Design structured career development frameworks and translate into pathways
- Conduct performance needs analyses to identify development priorities
- Define evaluation approaches to measure learning effectiveness and business impact
- Manage end-to-end learning initiatives from design to global deployment and coordinate with local stakeholders
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Psychology
- >7 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally global/international environments
- Proven experience designing leadership development programs, learning journeys, and career frameworks
- Experience designing scalable learning solutions across multiple regions
- Fluency in English and Spanish
