Overview

In this Data Engineer role, you will build and maintain scalable data pipelines, models and infrastructure that power product analytics across Tripledot Games. You will partner with BI, Data Science, backend and product teams to deliver reliable, well-tested data solutions and data products. The role covers monetisation analytics, A/B test analysis, and AI-enabled tooling to support incident investigation and development workflows. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and have the opportunity to contribute to AI-powered product initiatives at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Develop, maintain and support scalable data pipelines, data models and data infrastructure
- Build engineering data products used by product teams, Data Science and other stakeholders
- Partner with the BI team to design and develop data models and provide data-modelling guidance
- Implement testing and monitoring to maintain reliability and quality of data models and pipelines
- Contribute to data solutions supporting product analytics, including monetisation analytics and A/B test analysis
- Help develop tools and AI-enabled products that improve incident investigation and development workflows




- Collaborate with Data Engineering colleagues and cross-functional partners across BI, Data Science, backend and product teams
- Learn the business context behind our data and take independent ownership of selected data areas

Requisitos principales

- Strong SQL and data-modelling skills
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and working with analytical data platforms
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering work
- Understanding of analytical and transactional databases, including their differences and appropriate use cases
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery
- Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt
- A practical approach to testing, monitoring and maintaining reliable data systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Interest in using AI tools, such as Claude, to improve development workflows and productivity
- Games industry experience is welcome but not required
- Familiarity with Looker or similar BI and visualisation tools is beneficial but not essential
