You will work closely with clients at the Ascó nuclear site in a hybrid arrangement, contributing to event analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will translate field observations into design and process enhancements that elevate human-system interaction. Responsabilidades
- Support event analysis programs and identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Analyze performance indicators to drive operational improvements
- Implement improvements based on operational experience, both internal and external
- Enhance human-system interaction through applied human factors engineering
- Participate in field activities and collaborate with diverse teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes for a major industrial client integrating technical knowledge with performance methodologies
Requisitos principales
- Technical university degree (Engineering or related field)
- Interest and background in Human Factors
- High level of spoken and written English
- Willingness to work on-site and participate in field activities
- 1+ year of experience or knowledge of the nuclear sector and technologies
- Training in Occupational Risk Prevention
