Overview

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you drive end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for strategic Salesforce customers. You’ll own architecture, deployment, and technical delivery while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards. You collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate complex business needs into deployable AI solutions and stay at the cutting edge of AI tooling. This role offers impact across enterprise environments and contributes to the Agentforce platform’s evolution.

Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions from architecture to production handoff
- Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform (agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration)
- Manage data lifecycles: model design, data pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
- Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration to ensure reliable outcomes
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployments
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with clear decision-making guidance
- Codify learnings into reusable assets and internal playbooks for the org
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and paired work
- Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface insights to Product and Engineering




- Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into implementable AI solutions
- Communicate engineering status and risks to customer architects and executives

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; proficient in others
- Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex; knowledge of prompt engineering and responsible AI in real contexts
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs
- Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment to know when not to rush
- Mentored technical talent and created reusable assets/tools
- Clear, credible communication with engineers, customer architects, and executives
- Willingness to travel ~25% and fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
