Join Perk as a Data Engineer within the Data Operations team to scale data governance and integration across our DWH. You will partner with data analysts, BI developers, product and analytics teams to ensure reliable, accessible data for analytics and dashboards. You will design and maintain data pipelines, model diverse datasets, and drive continuous improvements in data quality and efficiency. Responsabilidades

- Own data processing and growing the data model and infrastructure sustainably
- Keep data infrastructure up to date and reliable
- Integrate and model datasets from multiple sources
- Support Data Analysts & BI Developers to provide right data for dashboards and models




- Assist Product and Analytics in defining data modeling approaches
- Leverage data to investigate and resolve issues in product/processes
- Proactively suggest improvements to data reliability, efficiency and quality
- Promote a healthy data culture across the organization

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer, BI, Big-Data Engineer, or similar
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Master in SQL and performance-optimized query design
- Experience querying PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake and knowledge of AWS services
- Strong data modeling skills for complex architectures and future evolution
- Experience building data pipelines using Python
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources including databases, product tracking, and APIs
- Strong automation mindset and ability to work with minimal direction in international settings
