:Introduction:An opportunity for a Quality Conformance & Supply Manager – MRTT Programme has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join the MRTT Programme team, working in a multidisciplinary and international environment and collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Engineering and Programme teams.The jobholder will contribute to ensuring supplier performance and product conformity, with a strong focus on On-Time and On-Quality deliveries, customer protection, issue resolution and continuous improvement.The selected candidate will join the MRTT Programme team, working in a multidisciplinary and international environment and collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Engineering and Programme teams.The jobholder will contribute to ensuring supplier performance and product conformity, with a strong focus on On-Time and On-Quality deliveries, customer protection, issue resolution and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES: The main tasks of the jobholder will be:Manage supplier operational performance, acting as the focal point towards suppliers and ensuring On-Time and On-Quality deliveries, while providing internal customers with the appropriate level of visibility and protection.Monitor and resolve supply chain deviations, leading recovery plans and implementing containment actions to minimize operational and programme impact.Ensure product conformity according to the defined quality inspection plan, performing the required quality inspections up to product delivery and attesting conformity against the approved design when applicable.Manage quality issues and non-conformities, interacting with suppliers as an escalation point and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with transversal departments,



including customer protection and secondary flows.Monitor supplier and operational performance through KPIs, supporting vendor management, service-level monitoring and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering and Programme teams while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and applicable external regulations.​Experience: Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, supplier management or related industrial environments.
