, you will make an impact by helping energy sector clients navigate complex business challenges through digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled innovation. You will be a valued member of our
Energy Consulting Practice
, collaborating with clients, cross-functional teams, and consulting leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable value.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead consulting engagements for energy sector clients across strategy, operations, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business challenges and develop practical,



value-driven solutions leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Drive digital transformation programs, including IT/OT convergence, asset management modernization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and transform enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, Asset Management, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Build trusted client relationships, support business development activities, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and mentoring.

What You Must Have To Be Considered
- Strong understanding of the energy industry, including utilities, oil & gas, renewable energy, and related operational challenges.
