Overview

As a Quality focal point, you address issues affecting concrete towers during turbine assembly and operation. You collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve complex quality topics, lead the Quality team’s actions, and coordinate with suppliers and customers. You prepare quality plans and reports and support on-site execution, while managing quality services via ERP. You will communicate across stakeholders, work under pressure, and travel 10–20% annually. This role supports sustainable energy goals through rigorous quality management.

Responsabilidades

- Participate in working groups to resolve concrete-tower issues
- Attend internal and external meetings with suppliers/customers to follow up on issues
- Lead and organize tasks and actions within the Quality team
- Produce quality documentation (plans, reports) as outputs of defined actions
- Provide on-site support during action execution and issue follow-up




- Request and manage quality-related services through ERP systems

Requisitos principales

- High technical Vocational Training or Engineering degree in a technical field
- Experience in a similar issue-resolution role is valuable
- MS-Office proficiency
- Methodical and organized approach
- Results-oriented with adaptability under changing conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of concrete structures and precast elements is a plus
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, Six Sigma) is a plus
- High English level
- Availability for short trips (10–20% annually)
