You’ll work in a small, autonomous Agile team where ownership, pragmatism, and quality go hand in hand. This role goes beyond coding — you influence architecture, improve engineering practices, and help the department grow.

What You’ll Do

Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications on Azure

Own technical decisions and contribute to architecture

Improve and modernize existing (legacy) systems

Drive engineering practices like CI/CD, testing, and clean architecture

Identify and reduce technical debt

Collaborate with product and stakeholders to deliver real impact

Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth

Help define team standards and technical direction

Our tech stack C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, React, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio / VS Code

We actively leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience with C# and .NET

Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure

Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling

Solid understanding of system design and clean architecture

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices

Experience with legacy systems and modernization

Ability to balance speed and quality pragmatically

Ownership mindset and drive to improve systems and processes

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Experience mentoring others and influencing technical direction

What We Offer For a Dutch contract (based in our Rotterdam office):

Monthly gross salary between €6300 and €6700 plus 6 ATV days (based on full-time employment, excluding 8% holiday allowance). Please note: ATV days do not apply to part-time contracts.

We enjoy the journey so enjoy 25 holidays based on fulltime employment.

For a Spanish Contract (based In Our Girona Office)

Yearly gross salary between €72.042,- and €76.618,- (based on full-time employment)
