Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for the Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management platform. You will define strategy, roadmap, and delivery for post-sales experiences across software, licenses, warranties, and recurring services, driving automation and reducing operational complexity. You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and regional teams to build scalable platform capabilities that simplify lifecycle management and automate exceptions. Own requirements and backlogs from concept to production, shaping a globally scalable platform ecosystem. Responsabilidades

- Own the product roadmap and execution for Subscriptions, Orders & Exceptions Management.
- Define product requirements, write user stories, and prioritize backlogs for delivery from concept to production.
- Build platform capabilities to simplify subscription lifecycle management and automate exception handling.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational metrics to improve adoption, automation, and efficiency.




- Partner with engineering, UX, and regional teams to identify pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap and keep stakeholders aligned with company objectives.
- Lead multiple parallel work streams in agile environments to meet priorities and deadlines.

Requisitos principales

- 5-8 years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Experience defining roadmaps and managing Agile backlogs.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based products, licensing, warranties, or order management.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to simplify complex workflows.
