You will work hands-on with production ISP networks, troubleshoot incidents, assist in planned changes, and collaborate with senior engineers and external vendors.
Responsibilities include rapid incident resolution (L2/L3), configuring BGP/VLAN/QinQ/L2VPN, change management, on-call participation, and documenting processes.
