Responsabilidades

- Define and maintain enterprise automation architecture standards and frameworks
- Manage end-to-end solution architecture design across automation programs
- Oversee technology and business capabilities under the Enterprise Architecture framework
- Participate in architecture governance and ensure adherence to principles
- Design scalable, reusable, and secure automation solutions
- Architect performance/dashboarding to track value and outcomes
- Contribute hands-on to automation implementation and perform code reviews
- Support technology/Vendor selection for RPA, IPA, and Agents platforms
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
- Enable data pipelines and reporting layers for visibility
- Define development standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Ensure security, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Develop reusable components to improve delivery efficiency
- Support governance for RPA, IPA,



and Hyperautomation programs
- Ensure data governance and quality for dashboards and analytics
- Guide automation developers and align solutions with business needs
- Be trusted advisor for automation and Hyperautomation projects
- Collaborate with business teams to define dashboard requirements
- Support capability development and maturity of the automation function
- Shape the automation and Hyperautomation roadmap
- Evaluate latest technologies for benefits
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation culture

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in RPA, IPA, and Hyperautomation
- Experience with solution architecture and enterprise-scale implementations
- Hands-on automation delivery experience
- Experience designing data models and dashboards for performance monitoring
- Knowledge of automation and Hyperautomation architecture patterns
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI/ML, OCR, NLP
- Experience with integration patterns and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ApiGee, Kafka)
- Experience with data management, data pipelines, and analytics platforms (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Design business and operational dashboards for automation insights
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (Azure/AWS)
- Understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
