Overview

In this role you will own the public API and integrations framework end-to-end, shaping developer and user experiences while ensuring cross-product consistency. You will collaborate with product and design to deliver real customer value, mentor peers, and help define the AI-enabled integration roadmap after the YepCode acquisition. You’ll work on scalable systems that connect Factorial to payroll, ATS, ERPs, and other services, driving impact across the platform.

Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end API and integrations framework development from problem definition to production- ready shipping, monitoring and iteration
- Collaborate with Product and Design to align API/integration capabilities with user needs
- Maintain cross-product consistency for experiences across verticals (ATS, payroll, ERPs) within Factorial design system




- Engage with customers through calls and feedback to validate solutions and reduce assumptions
- Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Help shape AI-related concepts (AI Skills, evaluation frameworks, RAG, agentic workflows) as part of the YepCode roadmap
- Take ownership of system reliability, performance, and long-term evolution of integrations framework
- Build reusable abstractions for multi-team usage across languages and products
