Overview
In this role you contribute to the Central Monitoring Platform and Risk-Based Quality Management initiatives by turning clinical data into actionable insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to design analytics outputs, dashboards, and data pipelines that support clinical operations and smarter decision-making. The role combines data-driven analytics with scalable tech solutions to improve study quality and patient outcomes. This is a hybrid, Barcelona-based opportunity with a strong emphasis on impact and collaboration.

Responsabilidades
- Contribute to Central Monitoring Platform outputs development using SAS programming and clinical data standards
- Develop analytics dashboards, reports (KRIs, QTLs, DQA) and data pipelines for clinical operations
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions to improve user experience
- Perform ETL: extract, clean, merge, subset, and derive clinical and operational datasets
- Partner with study teams, statisticians, and Central Monitoring colleagues to clarify output requirements
- Participate in quality checks and validation routines to ensure complete, accurate reports and monitoring data
- Support existing dashboards, reports, and pipelines through scheduled refreshes and performance monitoring
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical programming, clinical data analytics, or Risk-Based Quality Management
- Knowledge of SAS/R programming and SAS data handling tasks
- Working knowledge of SAS, AI/ML, R/Python/SQL; ability to write clean code and queries
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau) for visualizations
- Strong understanding of clinical trial data structures and processes
- Experience developing Key Risk Indicators, Quality Tolerance Limits, analytics outputs, or monitoring reports
- Knowledge of Risk-Based Quality Management principles and cross-functional collaboration in clinical development environments
