Pluxee Spain is seeking a Customer Care & CX Director to define and execute the customer experience strategy, driving service excellence and growth. You will lead the end-to-end customer care model, leverage Voice of the Customer, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed customer-centric decisions.
You will champion transformation, automation and digital initiatives, manage outsourcing relationships, and build high-performance teams while reporting to the Country CMD.
