As Tech Lead at Fever, you will shepherd engineering for a product squad, championing code quality and robust architecture. You will plan and enable scalable systems, mentor engineers, and help evolve our services to support a global audience. You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, and other engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience. This role offers hands-on ownership and the opportunity to shape critical infrastructure in a fast-growing, world-spanning platform.

Responsabilidades
- Lead engineering development for a product team
- Plan and execute architecture to support future requirements
- Improve team processes
- Mentor other engineers
- Design and implement end-to-end features within the squad
- Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements
- Work with event-driven systems focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Data,

- Take ownership of core components and evolve their architecture
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring
- Contribute to best practices in scalability, observability, and system design
