Overview

In this role you lead risk-based audit projects within Bunge’s General Internal Audit function, driving measurable business value and strengthening the audit brand. You will mentor staff, oversee audits from planning to reporting, and shape the technology risk agenda. You’ll collaborate with global management to build talent, improve services, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. This position offers development opportunities and exposure to strategic initiatives that push for growth, transformation, and better controls.

Responsabilidades

- Supervise audit seniors and staff in interviews, document reviews, surveys, memos, and working papers
- Oversee audit procedures, issue identification, criteria development, evidence review, and process documentation
- Lead identification and documentation of audit issues and recommendations
- Lead opening/closing meetings with local management for projects
- Review and quality-check staff work papers; monitor audit activity status for Manager
- Communicate audit/advisory results via reports and presentations to management




- Maintain productive auditee and staff relationships through meetings and communications
- Identify and evaluate technology risk areas; contribute to technology Audit Plan development
- Pursue professional development and share knowledge with colleagues
- Research emerging technology risks, controls, and solutions
- Provide training and guidance to Global Internal Audit staff on audits and related issues

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Accounting
- CPA / CA, CIA, or international equivalent
- Five or more years of full-time experience in auditing, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation; at least three years supervisory or project management experience
- SOX experience a plus
- Industry knowledge in a relevant specialty area a plus
- Excellent English; other languages a plus
