In this role you will transition into a management-focused leadership position within Fever’s engineering team. You will lead and mentor a group of software engineers, shape the technical direction, and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align goals and continuously improve engineering practices. Requisitos principales

- At least 5 years as Senior Software Engineer or 2 years as Tech Lead
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Technical education in engineering or similar
- Strong communications skills
- Experience in people management, career development and performance evaluation
- Experience with assessment tools and metrics
- Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile, peer reviews, testing, sprints)
- Resourceful with informed decision-making
