Responsabilidades

- Oversee project delivery from planning through handover to ensure milestones, budget, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate with field personnel to maintain schedules and resolve field issues




- Interface with clients to provide updates and secure satisfaction and repeat business
- Periodically report progress to internal stakeholders and maintain professional client relationships
- Support business development by maintaining client trust and facilitating project opportunities

Requisitos principales

- Commercial construction experience on projects $5M+
- Strong tenure in previous roles
- Wide portfolio of project experience (Commercial/Education/Municipal)
