Overview

As Capacity Planning Manager, you will own cross-functional initiatives that optimize the transportation network for Last Mile and Middle Mile operations. You’ll drive data-driven improvements, define metrics, and standardize best practices across the ATS organization in Barcelona. Your work will tackle complex optimization challenges, scale large-scale projects, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes safety, speed, and sustainability. This is an opportunity to shape planning strategies that improve reliability and cost efficiency for customers.

Responsabilidades

- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational performance
- Establish and communicate operations metrics to leadership through regular reviews
- Document SOPs and share best practices across departments and the network




- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure support and resources for projects
- Own the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale projects

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience communicating with diverse groups (Technology, Product Management, Accounting, CS, Senior Management)
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, SQL)
- Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis
