Overview

In this role you drive system integration across immunoassay workflows within the R&D; team, optimizing automated systems and validating experimental results. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to advance immunoassay technology and support field service engineers. This position combines hands-on lab work with cross-functional coordination, documentation, and travel to partner sites. Responsabilidades

- Lead system integration activities and experimental work across the product life cycle
- Integrate, test and optimize automated systems for immunoassay workflows
- Design and execute experiments for immunoassay integration; validate results
- Support immunoassay development and collaboration with other R&D; teams
- Prepare reports and present findings to internal and external partners




- Coordinate with supervisors and stakeholders across R&D; and other functions
- Maintain QMS/compliant documentation and SOPs for integration
- Supervise maintenance tasks and assist in laboratory upkeep
- Mentor junior staff and identify training needs
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost and timeline objectives

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Health Sciences; PhD studies valued
- ≥3 years of laboratory experience
- Desirable: immunoassays and/or IVD devices development experience
- Strong knowledge of Office package; statistics knowledge
- Excellent English communication (CAE qualified)
- Good Laboratory Practices knowledge
- Willingness to travel and spend extended periods at partner sites
- Proactive, procedure oriented, high attention to detail
