As a Senior Consultant, you will guide complex Vault RIM implementations for global life sciences clients. You translate regulatory needs into scalable solution designs and drive deployment strategies across enterprises. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor peers to deliver high-impact regulatory information management outcomes. This role blends hands-on design with strategic delivery in a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS environment. You will work in a flexible, work-anywhere setting with travel as needed to meet client needs.

Responsabilidades

- Lead software implementation projects for pharma and biotech customers
- Design and enable the Vault Regulatory suite deployment (Registrations, Submissions, Archive, Publishing)
- Lead configuration workshops, prototype, configure, and document content solutions
- Program and project manage,



including resource planning and cross-functional team leadership
- Serve as primary customer liaison for project communication with stakeholders
- Mentor project teams and consultants to develop consulting skills

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of experience in system implementations for life sciences or healthcare
- Deep knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory submissions
- Strong collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders
- Influential leadership experience guiding teams and negotiating outcomes
- Technical ability to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution
- Expertise in life sciences compliance and computer systems validation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
