As an Account Executive in Growth Markets, you will drive new business by engaging outbound and inbound leads in the CEE region. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from product demos to closing, while articulating Perk’s value to decision-makers from office managers to CFOs. You will collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead qualification and build strong, lasting client relationships. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-growing, collaborative culture focused on transforming business travel management.

Responsabilidades
- Prospect and manage outbound and inbound leads for Growth markets (CEE)
- Present demos and own follow-up until closing the deal (full sales cycle)
- Understand customer needs and articulate Perk's value alignment
- Conduct high-level discussions with stakeholders (Office Managers to CFOs)
- Maintain accurate prospect activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness
- Become an expert in Perk features and offerings
Requisitos principales
- Excellent communication and video presentation skills
- Native or near-native English; experience in CEE markets is a plus
- Proven hunter sales track record and pipeline development through outbound efforts
- Proven ability to develop relationships with C-suite executives
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- Ambitious, ethical, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Customer-centric mindset; authorized to work in Spain
