In this role, you shape adidas security architecture to enable rapid, secure technology and business transformation. You partner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed security by design across cloud, AI, and data platforms. You’ll influence decisions on cloud and modern architectures while driving risk-aware, compliant solutions. Responsabilidades

- Security Demand Management: be the primary security partner for designated domains and initiatives, engaging stakeholders early to embed security by design
- Security Consultancy & Advisory: translate security requirements into practical guidance and support decisions on cybersecurity, privacy, cloud, AI, identity, and secure software practices
- Secure-by-Design Governance: lead secure design reviews,



promote Secure-by-Design across teams, and manage risk through architecture reviews and exceptions
- Security Strategy & Transformation: evolve security frameworks, drive cloud transformation, AI adoption, Zero Trust, data protection, and modernization
- Operational Excellence & Metrics: meet KPIs, provide security posture insights, and ensure consistent service delivery

Requisitos principales

- 5–7 years in Information/Cyber Security
- 3–4 years in security architecture, design, or consulting
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- fluent English (verbal and written)
- ability to engage senior stakeholders
- ability to translate security requirements into business-friendly guidance
