Lineage in Milagro seeks an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to lead the site’s day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality warehousing performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Transport, Engineering, HR, Finance, Customer Service and QHSSE to deliver results. You will drive continuous improvement, manage labour and costs, lead audits, and build strong relationships with customers and partners while growing the business.
