Overview

In this role you will safeguard and grow Perk’s DACH customer relationships by solving problems quickly, educating clients on new features, and driving account growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes for high-volume inbound inquiries and build trust as the customer advocate and Perk evangelist. You’ll identify patterns, implement efficient workflows, and unlock opportunities within your portfolio. This entry-point role offers hands-on CRM, problem-solving, and process optimization in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

- Manage a portfolio of longtail customers with a high volume of inbound messages
- Act as the primary client advocate and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues
- Educate clients on new product features and improvements




- Identify common problems across accounts and develop efficient processes to handle inbound inquiries
- Ensure recurring issues are reduced and understand the customer journey across Perk products
- Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and foster partnerships

Requisitos principales

- Native or advanced level of German and fluent English
- Interest in the Travel industry and/or SaaS products
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Customer-focused with a passion for problem-solving
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration mindset
- Willingness to incorporate AI and other technology to streamline work
