Overview

In this role you will lead regional IP&E; sales efforts to grow market share and drive design conversion. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and supplier teams to support opportunities at Arrow’s client base. You will implement regional strategies, train field teams, and act as a regional ambassador to exceed customer expectations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engagement to deliver profitable growth and improved productivity.

Responsabilidades

- Drive profitable IP&E; market share gains
- Lead IP&E; design conversion through Sales & Engineering
- Drive Non-Demand Creation IP&E; projects and Sales
- Develop and implement financial and logistics programs to win market share and boost productivity
- Implement supplier strategy and regional programs
- Train and enable regional field engineering & sales teams




- Act as regional spokesperson internally and externally
- Support Sales as escalation resource on IP&E; issues
- Collaborate with all Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations
- Participate in regional quote follow-up process

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of experience in leading teams
- Experience in IP&E; sales
- Proven leadership of teams (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and local markets
- Ability to solve complex problems and propose solutions
- Ability to drive process improvements
- Ability to engage with Senior Management (Country Leaders, Directors)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
