Overview

In this role, you will strengthen ERNI's laboratory platform by designing and executing scalable performance tests for complex systems. You will work within a cross-functional team to build and scale performance testing capabilities, leveraging modern tooling and observability. You will shape testing strategies across architecture and business flows, and ensure reliable, automated executions in containerized environments. This role offers mentorship, continuous learning, and active collaboration across projects to drive meaningful performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

- Design realistic performance scenarios aligned with architecture and business flows




- Maintain and manage containerized test environments and internal libraries
- Automate testing workflows via GitHub Actions
- Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify bottlenecks and regressions
- Define testing strategies and monitor platform-wide performance across the ecosystem

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years of performance/load testing using k6, JMeter or Gatling
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python and/or Java
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Git-based PR workflows
- Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo or equivalent observability platforms
