Overview

In this role you will coordinate pharmaceutical engineering projects to meet process requirements and regulatory standards, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery. You will work with validation, production, and engineering teams to ensure compliant commissioning and equipment qualification. You will lead scope, planning, and budgeting for feasibility studies, and manage supplier interactions. Responsabilidades

- Execute and oversee pharmaceutical engineering projects and feasibility studies within scope, budget, and schedule
- Promote compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with validation and production during qualification and commissioning of equipment
- Design, specify,



and supervise equipment and utility systems; generate procurement documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors and supervise their work
- Define scope, execution planning, and budget for feasibility studies
- Resolve issues during commissioning and keep project team aligned with goals
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients; lead project follow-up meetings
- Supervise technical office staff and provide engineering leadership
- Select resources to meet deadlines and budget while ensuring quality

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Engineering
- 5+ years in a similar pharma/industrial role
- Expertise in Medium and Low Voltage + EIC
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project
- High level of English (B2)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% or relocate to Egypt
- Specialized training in pharma or project management valued
