Primary Duties & Daily Responsibilities As a Digital Media Host, your day-to-day operations will center on: Camera Presentation: Hosting vibrant, quick-paced live streams with an energetic, refined presentation style. Viewer Engagement: Interacting live with users to foster a welcoming online atmosphere and boost audience retention. On-Air Grooming: Maintaining professional presentation standards, grooming, and poise during broadcasts. Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to precise operational guidelines to ensure total fairness, transparency,
and precision throughout every stream. Studio Teamwork: Partnering with floor supervisors and technical operators to ensure seamless broadcast delivery. Financial Rewards & Incentive Structure Our compensation framework is structured to reward both your fluent Dutch proficiency and your presentation quality: Fixed Base Salary: A stable fixed base of €1,500 each month. Language Allowance: An additional €4.00 hourly for active broadcasting time. Quality Bonus: Earn up to an extra €3.00 hourly based on performance metrics and presentation excellence. Overnight Differential: A 20% pay boost for any shift hours completed between 22:55 and 08:00. Total Earning Potential: Estimated monthly gross income ranges from €1,850 to €2,100, based on a standard 40-hour weekly cap.
