Overview

In this role you will draft, negotiate, and finalize complex clinical site contracts for sponsor-driven studies, ensuring timely execution and accurate data in CMS. You will partner with CBO, GCO, Legal, and site teams to manage contract lifecycles, budgets, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will drive timely deliverables, quality checks, and clear communication of issues and risks. This is a mission-driven opportunity to support cancer research through robust contracting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- Draft, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and amendments with investigator sites
- Manage contract budgets and ensure cost calculations align with protocol and site agreements
- QC final contract and budget documents and initiate the signature process
- Deliver final contracts within planned timelines while ensuring Fair Market Value compliance
- Serve as primary liaison between CBO, General Clinical Operations, Legal, sites and external providers
- Track country/site intelligence and create contract process flows as needed




- Forecast and communicate contract milestones; escalate risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate on updates to contract templates and BeOne Medicines Legal Playbook
- Maintain CMS records and real-time trackers; coordinate handoff to project/payment teams

Requisitos principales

- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and pharmaceutical regulations
- Understanding of clinical trial contracting processes and clinical operations
- Proven negotiation, interpersonal, and business skills
- Strong planning, organizational abilities, and independent work capability
- Fluency in English and local language; strong written/verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Travel up to 10%
- Desirable: experience in financial, budget, cost management/analysis; IP, publication, and indemnification knowledge
