Overview

In this role, you will lead technological transformation efforts by defining end-to-end architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will align technology decisions with business needs, mediate between teams, and contribute to architecture patterns and reference architectures. Based in Madrid, you will drive roadmap planning, evangelize architecture, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure availability, scalability, and performance. This role offers exposure to international projects and a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

- Participate in discovery and analysis phases for new products and systems
- Design end-to-end solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Mediate between teams to align architectural decisions




- Support technology selection and prototype development
- Contribute to architecture patterns, reference architectures, and technical recommendations
- Engage in technology roadmap planning and architecture evangelism

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of IT experience
- Proven architect experience and end-to-end design of complex architectures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with enterprise processes and customer journeys (plus)
- Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and agile methodologies
- Expertise in APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures

- Strong communication skills to explain technical risks and solutions
