Overview

In this role you will advance enterprise Conversational AI within EcoVadis, shaping how users interact with complex domain data. You’ll work in the AI Center of Excellence to deliver state-of-the-art, goal-oriented dialogue systems and multi-agent solutions. The position combines hands-on model development, framework innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable, measurable impact. You’ll mentor others and help scale AI initiatives that improve customer value and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

- Design and test multi-turn, state-aware conversational systems using advanced reasoning loops and multi-agent orchestration
- Innovate by applying new generative AI frameworks and recent advances
- Mentor junior team members and promote AI/ML best practices
- Lead functional teams and initiatives to accelerate adoption of Conversational AI
- Deliver end-to-end AI solutions using Python, MLflow, Azure stack and Databricks to build, benchmark,



and maintain models
- Engage with customers to assess needs and translate into AI solutions
- Stay updated on AI trends and apply insights to EcoVadis’ challenges

Requisitos principales

- PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- 8+ years in ML and NLP with at least 4+ years in production Conversational AI
- Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems at scale
- Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives from design to integration
- Excellent mentoring and delivery accountability
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineers and Product Managers
- Experience building conversational interfaces over complex enterprise domains is a plus
- Peer-reviewed publications in NLP/AI venues is a plus
