Overview

In this role you will lead the technology strategy and build scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS, shaping products for water-sports enthusiasts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define features, ensure data privacy, and mentor the tech team. You’ll contribute backend expertise to full-stack initiatives and keep the user experience front and center. This is a hands-on leadership position in a hybrid, innovation-driven company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- salary 50k-60k EUR/year
- versátil work schedule
- hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- 9:00–18:00 working hours

Responsabilidades

- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features




- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations
- Manage and mentor the technology team
- Contribute to technical aspects of projects with backend expertise
- Take a user-oriented approach to ensure a seamless and intuitive end-user experience

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong expertise in Android and iOS mobile app development
- Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with in-app payment implementations
