You act as the bridge between strategy, portfolio, and delivery, helping teams adopt standardized planning practices and leveraging tools like Planview. You will deliver insights on capacity, utilization, and gaps to support data-driven decisions and improve delivery confidence. Responsabilidades
- Own and evolve workforce planning frameworks, methodologies, and standards across D&T;
- Coordinate capacity reviews, demand consolidation, forecasting, and executive reporting
- Guide adoption of planning practices through guidance, training, and coaching
- Translate portfolio demand into workforce implications and scenarios
- Highlight cross-platform capacity and capability risks and guide prioritization
- Enable workforce governance forums and ensure transparent allocation
- Provide consolidated, decision-ready insights on capacity and gaps
- Drive KPIs, data models, and continuous improvement of workforce data quality
- Align workforce plans with budgets and investment planning
- Elevate resource management and planning maturity across D&T;
Requisitos principales
- 8-10 years of experience in Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Strategic Planning in large-scale IT/Digital environments
- Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling
- Experience with workforce planning tools and enterprise reporting platforms
- Strong analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights
