As an ILS Specialist in Madrid, you will drive global naval projects involving marine engines and propulsion systems for patrol vessels and warships. You integrate logistics, engineering, and supplier activities to ensure compliant, reliable delivery. You will work with an international team to implement Navy standards, optimize ILS data flows, and shape maintenance and spare parts planning. This role offers cross-border collaboration and a direct impact on governmental maritime programs.

• Lead execution of ILS projects across Everllence departments, customers, and sub-suppliers
• Prepare offers and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with technical departments and external suppliers
• Review program reports, specifications, and ILS guidelines per project needs
• Implement international and national Navy standards per project requirements
• Identify risks in acquisition, cost, data management, and documentation
• Prepare project-specific ILS data (maintenance plans, equipment breakdowns,



spare parts, tools)
• Procure data and documents from subcontractors
• Review and implement ILS master data in SAP
• Optimize workflows and processes for ILS data preparation

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree (preferably Marine engineering)
• 5+ years in a technical/engineering/military environment related to naval systems, maritime operations, or marine diesel engines
• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), engineering, material management, and maintenance activities
• Strong knowledge of US Military and/or Commercial Logistics standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German is a plus
