Overview

In this role you drive profitable growth across assigned markets by combining MSI expertise with consultative sales to expand SITA’s integrated IT/OT solutions for transportation clients. You’ll manage executive relationships, coordinate multi-vendor delivery, and ensure secure, high-availability operations aligned with aviation standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape strategies, lead workshops, and guide complex deals from inquiry to close. This is a chance to influence major integration programs at scale in the air travel ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

- Drive profitable sales growth with Sales Reps through upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunities
- Maintain a qualified pipeline and manage opportunities to close, ensuring strategic fit with SITA capabilities
- Build and deepen executive relationships with customers and industry stakeholders




- Lead targeted demand creation for products within specified lines or geographies
- Lead MSI strategy, architecture, and execution for major integration programs
- Coordinate with internal teams, multiple vendors, and subcontractors across all integration phases
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and technical governance meetings
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards, IT security, and airport operational requirements
- Support tender processes, technical assessments, and solution evaluations

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years in large-scale IT and OT system integration projects
- MSI expertise including architecture, middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks
- Experience in large RFP/RFI processes and MSI contract design
- Understanding of high-availability, mission-critical, and secure infrastructures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
