Overview

In this role you guide clients through the end-to-end AI journey, from opportunity discovery to strategy and execution. You work as a trusted bridge between business leaders and technical experts, shaping Data & AI transformations for Supply Chain & Operations. You will develop business cases, define KPIs, and measure impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers growth through new offerings and business development, with a focus on scalable, data-driven value creation.

Responsabilidades

- Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives from opportunity to deployment in collaboration with technical teams
- Define and implement Data & AI strategies to transform Supply Chain & Operations
- Bridge business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Design and support data governance models ensuring data quality, availability, and compliance




- Develop business cases and value frameworks, quantify impact, and support executive alignment
- Support business development through opportunity identification and tailored proposals
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in Data & AI strategy, preferably in SC&O; or related domains
- Experience applying Data & AI to real business challenges in consulting or industry
- Solid knowledge of data governance, data management, and AI lifecycle
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Experience developing business cases, KPIs, and measuring impact
- Analytical, structured problem-solving with a focus on value delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented leadership and mentoring experience
- Flexibility to work across multidisciplinary, integral, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in English
