Overview

As a Product Manager in the Travel Journeys tribe, you will shape value-creating strategies for the post-booking journey. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn insights into a coherent product vision and incremental delivery. Your focus is to make TravelPerk’s agents 10x more productive while keeping the agent experience simple and coherent for travelers. This role offers ownership of a flagship product that directly affects customer care quality, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work in a fast-growing, IRL-first culture that values ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- Generate insights through quantitative and qualitative data and translate them into strategy
- Articulate vision and context for product areas to motivate teams and inform stakeholders
- Define strategies with clear problem framing, approach, and success metrics




- Collaborate with developers, designers, and operations to deliver value iteratively
- Provide product training and maintain documentation
- Practice servant-leadership to empower teams and optimize their way of working
- Mentor and train fellow product managers; may line-manage a small PM group

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years at an Internet-based company with at least 2 years as a Product Manager
- Strong focus on UX design and experience building customer-facing products
- Comfort with finance concepts and collaboration with finance stakeholders
- Experience breaking down complex projects into milestones with incremental value
- Ability to learn multiple business domains (engineering, design, finance, data) and to communicate with diverse stakeholders
